Somebody left a comment on the Shrimp birthday giveaway post that made me realize that I haven’t been showing enough love to the vintage lately. This is especially ridiculous of me given that I have my own vintage shop! I can’t really write about fashion without showing proper love to vintage, so don’t worry, lovelies – vintage is back on leShrimp!
I’ve been desperately wanting a pair of vintage t-strap heels for ages now, and putting this post together has only fueled my obsession! I think that the first pair might be my favorite, though I love the photo style from the second one – very quirky and unique!
I wore t-straps last night! Black paired with, black center seam stockings and a black, vintage cocktail dress from the 50s. I carried a beaded clutch from the 50s that was, get ready for it — black!
oh i love these. i think my fave are the chestnut ones. so cute!
i love t straps! i don’t even know how to say this but i do know that my panties go under my pants! i can’t tell you how i would love to wear them- but i could tell you how i would if i saw somebody wearing them! {that’s sad!}
We must think a lot because I’ve been wanting to do a post this week about vintage clothing because I’m really inspired by it nowadays. I didn’t know you had a vintage shop. Just added you as a fav to Etsy and looking forward to spending 🙂
My favs are by starlett vintage
I love the vinatge t-strap heels too. I have a couple pairs favorited on etsy (that I don’t want to share in case someone wears a size 10! haha) but my fave red pair were bought by someone before I could snatch them up.
I look forward to more vinatge posts… I love me some vintage.
I’m a swooning for the last pair. I have this yellow and brown obbession thing going on and would pair them with my most favorite yellow frock. Great post! Thanks for sharing.
I am seriously in love with the T-strap now! I am on the hunt for a red patent pair… They are just as cute with jeans as with a summer dress….thank you for including me.
So pretty! I love T-straps!
I love those first ones! They look like they’d go perfectly with a black dress and fire-red accents 🙂
