I feel so incredibly fortunate (and maybe a little bit giddy, too) every time I have an opportunity to put pen and ink or paint and brush to paper for somebody’s event. There’s somebody so fulfilling about getting to share something I love so much with others who have a genuine appreciation for slow, steady, and handmade.
When the event happens to be a workshop of professional photographers, then having beautiful, beautiful pictures of my lettering work is just the icing on the cake! These are from the first THRIVE workshop, hosted by Sweet Root Village and Alyssa Anne Photography. I did a bold, freeform lettering on the notebooks, complemented by gold metallic painted placecards, and all the attendees got a custom THRIVE trinket tray from my shop, too!
P.S. The second THRIVE workshop is happening on June 30, and it’s open for applications now!
