Little know fact: I actually have a 9-5 that doesn’t involve crafts, blogging, photography, or general chaos. I fundraise for a poverty nonprofit. Sooo when I was invited to participation in a promotion for Razoo, I jumped at the chance because I just used it for a big fundraiser at work and had a great experience. Razoo is an online fundraising platform to essentially ‘crowdsource’ your fundraising efforts. You can raise money for a local nonprofit, a school trip, medical bills, college tuition, mission work – anything, really!
Help My Cause
I have chosen to fundraise for Back-a-Vet, a program that provides backpacks full of hygiene supplies, clean socks, etc. to veterans experiencing homelessness. Community volunteers come together to fill backpacks with supplies purchased from donations, and then they are given out all over town.
