What’s a fat bomb?
Fat bombs, also known as fat bombs, keto bombs, or fat fudge, are a snack or treat for people following a Ketogenic diet. They’re loved by Keto followers because they’re a high-fat, low-carb form of energy.
What are fat bombs made of?
Fat bombs — shockingly — consist primarily of fat-dense ingredients, like coconut oil, nut butter, butter, etc. Other additives, like cocoa powder, vanilla extract, or nuts are for flavor and texture. If you’re on a Keto diet, you’ll want to be sure to use a Keto-friendly sweetener, like Swerve sweetener.
How many fat bombs can I eat on Keto?
The number of fat bombs you can eat on a Ketogenic diet depends on the recipe, but they should be used as a snack between meals or a treat, not as a meal replacement.

Hi Pia Blunt. Very good recipe. Last week I prepared these “bombs” from peanut paste according to this recipe. So, on a business trip, it seemed very tasty to me. I rented a comfortable car in Rental24.co.uk, I had goodies, so I traveled very effectively on a business trip.
